Sensei – “Let your vision be world-embracing rather than confined to your own self” – Bahai writings
How does it feel to contemplate the reach of your own vision, to consider a possible impact beyond your life and community? For some, impacting the world may feel daunting or impossible. For others, it may feel like a relief to move beyond their own day-to-day activities and relationships.
As we check-in, make stretches, and do our work, imagine ripples in a pond that start within you, then expand out to people you know, beyond city limits, outside of the state, to relatives or friends in other countries, and out to the universe. How far can you go? What is your belief regarding the impact a person can have when doing his or her work on a seemingly small scale, yet with a vision beyond one’s self?
